Q: Do you offer a free trial period?
A: Yes, we offer a free trial period for 7 days.

Q: Do I get a full refund if I cancel my subscription/account?
A: No, full refunds are not issued for a canceled subscription/account. We offer a partial refund for a canceled subscription/account.

Q: What is a partial refund?
A: A partial refund means that we subtract the Stripe and bank fees for making debit and credit transactions from your subscription. And we also charge you for the amount of time that the subscription service was used.

Q: How can I change my current subscription plan?
A: You will have to select the 'Billing' drop down menu option from the nav bar, and next select the 'Change subscription plan' button to change your current subscription.
